The extension was made and tested on default version OC 3020 and is 100% compatible with the default version of Open Cart 3020

In case your system has been upgraded, there is a possibility that an extension adjustment must be done.



Instructions and install

Extract files from a zip file

1)  Install the ocmod file from folder via installer from OC Admin

2)  Go to modification page and refresh modifications via blue icon.

3)  Go to dashboard page and click blue button Developer Settings Component and clear Cache Theme and SASS.

That all, go to product page and add some product sku, ean and warranty.
 Create one order with test product with waranty , sku and ean.

If you not install field wny column in table product with install plugin, you have 1 files for direct upload in the data base.

 In that case:

 1) Add wny column in product table via sql file add-warranty-field.

Aditional Info


The extension upgrades the product details, order info and edit order, invoices and product page for both side and shows information about the sku,ean and warranty to the next pages:

Admin side

Admin product form,
Admin product list,
Admin product list filter,
Admin order info,
Admin edit order add product,
Admin edit order details last step,
Admin order invoice,
Admin order shipping.

Customer side

Customer order info
Customer main cart,
Customer checkout confirm,
Customer add order mail info,
Customer order alert mail info.

Additional information is displayed everywhere related to orders, changes to orders, in invoices, transport details, in the list of items where there is a filter for additional information.
Also, additional information is displayed on all pages from the client side of the platform, from the product page, cart, checkout, checkout confirmation, order add and alert information on e-mail.
All important areas for informitation are covered by sku , ean and warranty.
